The 2008 Annual Meeting of the Salt Pond
Homeowners Association will be held on Saturday,
June 7, 2008 from 2 to 4 pm at

In
preparation for the upcoming election, the Salt Pond Board of Directors (BOD)
is seeking candidates to run for the Board.
This letter serves as a formal call for nominations for three (3) BOD
positions. These positions are for three (3) years, July 2008 through June 2011.
If
you are interested in serving on the BOD, please submit your name, lot number
or Salt Pond address, phone number(s), and a short biography of approximately 225 to 250 words by Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Please
include pertinent information and experience related to your candidacy,
including prior service on the Salt Pond Board or Committees; specific skills
you can contribute to the community and Board; suggestions for maintaining the
quality of life in our community; and/or other important information and qualifications.
You

understand that Board members need to be available to attend monthly Board
meetings. These meetings are currently
scheduled the third Friday of each month at 2 pm. Board meetings usually last 2 to 3 hours. Board Members are expected to take on various
responsibilities and tasks, which require an additional time commitment.
