Proxy
The proxy provides the method for owners (1) to vote for election of Directors to the Salt Pond Board and (2) to vote on issues as needed during the meeting. Please fill out, sign, and date the enclosed proxy and return it to Legum and Norman (L&N) by fax (302-539-1447) or by mailing the enclosed form to L&N, C4 Edgewater – Sea Colony East, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. To ensure that your vote is counted, please return your proxy to L&N no later than Friday, May 29, 2008. It is recommended that you complete the proxy, even if you intend to attend the June 7th meeting. This step will ensure that your vote is counted in the event you cannot attend the meeting for any reason.
Election
of Board Members
On the proxy, you should vote for no more than three (3) candidates, by checking the appropriate boxes. The order of listing of the candidates is alphabetical order; please review the enclosed biographies before voting. These Board positions are for three year terms. If you vote for more than three candidates, your votes will be invalid. In addition, please keep in mind that an owner’s 2008 annual dues must be paid in full to be eligible to vote. Owners are allowed one proxy per home, lot, or unit owned.
Since the summer season is almost upon us, we are also taking the opportunity to provide you with a free nontransferable guest pass for use by owners’ houseguests at the Salt Pond outdoor and indoor recreational facilities. If you have questions about owner IDs, guest passes, tenant passes, or the rules and regulations for recreational facilities, please contact L&N at 302-537-9499 or go to the SPHA website. Additional information and handouts regarding use of recreational facilities will be available at the annual meeting.
