Email Policy / Homeowner Contact Information
We require all Salt Pond homeowners to complete the below Homeowner Contact Information form.  Nearly all of our communications are sent via email, unless you opt out of email notification.  If your contact information changes, you must use this form to submit your new information.  If you fail to keep your contact information current, you will not be informed of information you need to know about The Salt Pond.  We periodically publish a Homeowner Directory, and we request your permission to include your contact information in the Directory.  This information is helpful for all residents to have, but it’s especially important if one of your neighbors needs to reach you in an emergency.  ONLY Salt Pond Homeowners will be given access to the Directory.  It will NOT be published on our website.  If you have questions, contact our Community Manager at sphamgmt@sphamembers.org or 302-539-1283.

Community Center / Clubhouse Rental
The SPHA rents the Community Center or Clubhouse space to Salt Pond homeowners, as well as to others outside the Salt Pond. In addition, if you are involved with a club or organization that is looking for a regular meeting space, we can make special arrangements for such situations.  For more information, see the below documentation.  For Clubhouse availability and reservations, contact the Community Manager at 302-539-1283 or sphamgmt@sphamembers.org
